General Information

Designed for riders who have a permit or motorcycle license and possess basic skills. The goal of this course is to help you further refine your motorcycle handling skills and grow your confidence in your riding ability. 


The course consists of only riding exercises, utilizing several of the drills from the Basic Rider Course and Basic RiderCourse2 curriculum. It is a perfect way for you to reinforce basic skills on your own motorcycle. A skill test is provided as a self-assessment opportunity.


Course takes part of a day and is taken on your own motorcycle. We believe this course taken on your motorcycle after getting your license will have you ready for the street.

What You Must Wear

  • DOT-compliant helmet
  • Eye protection
  • Long-sleeve shirt or jacket
  • Long, non-flare pants made of denim or equivalent or more durable material
  • Over-the-ankle boots (sturdy, not canvas)
  • Full-finger gloves, preferably leather
